*Report carriers that are out of service according to SAFER and are seen operating on the road by dialing 911 and requesting police intervention.
*Be on the lookout for NCMEC reported missing children who may be captives of traffickers.
*Help law enforcement identify and locate non-English-speaking operators of commercial motor vehicles and suspected illegal immigrants.
