Help Fund SBTC's Fight to Pass "Connor's Law."

The SBTC has successfully effected through our lobbying campaign the introduction of CONNOR'S LAW in both the House of Representatives (H.R.3608) and the U.S. Senate (S. 2991). Multiple members of Congress just signed on as co-sponsors as of early March 2026, bringing the House bill up to 23 formal supporters.

We are now working with the T&I Committee to get CONNOR'S LAW expanded to the two-part original vision we released in the online petition at https://www.Change.org/ConnorsLaw and get the bill attached to the major Surface Transportation Reauthorization legislation, which has to pass in September 2026.

This is about highway safety.

This is about our families.

This is about the memory of Connor Dzion.

Please help fund our lobbying efforts to codify into law the idea that truckers who can't read English road signs should not be licensed by state CDL agencies and should be placed out-of-service whenever found to be behind the wheel of an 80,000 lb. tractor trailers or any commercial motor vehicles for that matter.
